Beef Back Ribs are juicy, tender and bursting with flavor, leaving your mouth watering and begging for more!  Cook low and slow, also a favorite for the smokers! Beef Back Ribs are cut from the primal, ribeye area.

Pro cooking tips:  Slow roast in preheated oven at 200 degrees, meaty side up, rapped in foil for 6-8 hours at the halfway mark, turn over. When ribs are done, let rest for 20 minutes. Crank on your broiler and adjust the oven rack so it is about 6 inches from heating element. Open foil and brown each side for 2 minutes. 

 *Each package is aprox 3lbs of rib meat.
