OUR GRASS FED BEEF
We take pride in our products from the very beginning. Our cattle are grass fed and we personally transport them safely to a local USDA certified abattoir. All meat is dry aged for 21 days to enhance flavor. This produces a one-of-a-kind product with a locally unique taste, browse our selections. Each cut purchased comes with a card featuring anatomical locations where the cut originates.
